1. How long is the delivery after I ordered?
Any personalized item, please expect a delivery between 10-14 days.
any other shipments should approximately take 3-5 days business day depending on your location/country.
refer yourself to the product description for full timeline, as each products may vary.
2. Can I share any digital documents / template ?
The answer is simple no. You may not use these materials for commercial uses. They may therefore not be shared, recreated, copied or offered for sale. We spend a lot of times creating and designing our products, so we would appreciate that you refer customer to our website.
3. How long after receiving my items I can ask for a refund ?
7 day after receiving the item as per the policy. Please see return policy in the main menu or at the bottom of our page. We may accept refund and return if the item was received within the 7-day deadline, if the product hasn’t been used or removed from its original packaging and is in a perfect condition. Note that the buyer is responsible to pay the return postages when returning a product. If the item was on sale, no return or refund is eligible. This apply also to any pre-order items/product. No refund/return on digital contents.
